Group Travel
What we run
Programmes We Handle
Airline Group Booking
Block seats held on a single flight for a whole party — negotiated with the airline, priced as a group, and ticketed together rather than booked one passenger at a time.
Educational Tours
Curriculum-linked travel for schools and universities, planned around consent, supervision ratios and a fixed budget per student.
Business & Incentive Tours
Company trips, conferences and incentive rewards, quoted and invoiced to suit a corporate approval process.
Benchmarking Tours
Study visits to peer institutions and industry sites, including coordination with the host organisation.
Flights only
Airline Group Booking
Seats held together
A block allocation keeps the party on one flight. Booking individually risks the group being split across departures, or the fare moving between the first booking and the last.
One fare, one invoice
A negotiated group fare quoted per head, invoiced to the organisation, with names confirmed closer to travel rather than at the moment of booking.
Both carriers
As a Direct Sales Agent of Philippine Airlines and an accredited Cebu Pacific agency, we can quote either — or both, where a split routing works out better.
How it works
What We Need to Quote
01
Who is travelling
Headcount, and the split between students or staff and accompanying adults. Supervision ratios change the costing.
02
When
Preferred dates and how far they can move. Fixed dates around a semester or a fiscal year are normal — tell us which ones cannot shift.
03
Where, or what for
A destination if you have one. If not, the purpose — a curriculum link, a benchmarking objective, an incentive target — is enough for us to propose options.
04
The budget shape
A ceiling per head is more useful than a total. It tells us which airline, class of hotel and inclusions are realistic before we spend your time.
05
Your approval process
Who signs off, what documentation they need, and by when. We format the proposal to suit it.
Why it matters who you book with
An institutional trip needs a partner your auditors recognise.
