Corporate Accounts & Sub-Agency

Two ways to work with Romano Travel and Tours beyond booking a single trip — an account for organisations that travel regularly, and a sub-agency arrangement for travel sellers who need accredited ticketing behind them.

For organisations

Corporate Accounts

Companies, schools, hospitals, NGOs and government offices that book travel more than occasionally — and want it handled, invoiced and accounted for properly.
01

A named consultant

The same person handles your bookings, learns your travel policy, and knows which of your people prefer which airline. Not a queue.

02

Billing instead of paying per trip

Approved accounts are invoiced on agreed terms rather than settling each booking. Your traveller does not have to carry the cost or file a reimbursement.

03

Consolidated statements

One statement covering every booking in the period, itemised by traveller, department or cost centre — whatever your accounting needs.

04

Fares held for you

As a Direct Sales Agent of Philippine Airlines and an accredited Cebu Pacific agency, we can hold and negotiate on allocations a public booking page cannot reach.

05

Changes handled here

When a schedule moves or a trip is cancelled, we deal with the airline. Your staff do not sit in a call queue on company time.

06

The paperwork too

Visa processing, passport appointments and travel documentation for staff travelling abroad, alongside the ticketing.

Opening an account

  1. 01

Tell us roughly how often your organisation travels and where.

  2. 02

We send the account application and the list of documents we need.

  3. 03

We agree the terms — billing arrangement, approvers, and who may book.

  4. 04

The account opens and your consultant is introduced.

For travel sellers

Sub-Agency

Travel consultants, ticketing outlets and tour operators who sell travel but do not hold their own airline accreditation.

Why the arrangement exists

Airline accreditation is not quick to obtain and carries obligations most small sellers cannot meet. A sub-agency arrangement lets you sell and serve your own clients while the ticket is issued under our accreditation.

Direct Sales Agent of Philippine Airlines, and an accredited Cebu Pacific agency. That accreditation is what a sub-agent books through.

Ticketing you cannot reach alone

Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific, issued under our accreditation, for as long as the arrangement runs.

Your client stays your client

You quote, you sell, you keep the relationship. We handle issuance and the airline behind it.

Your own margin

You set your selling price above the fare we quote. The arrangement is agreed in writing when the account opens.

Someone to ask

Access to consultants who issue these tickets every day — for fare rules, rebooking, refunds and the awkward cases.

Group and block bookings

Where your client needs seats held together, we can quote the allocation rather than sending you back to a booking page.

Backed by an accredited agency

DOT-accredited since 2008, with three branches and memberships in PTAA, PHILTOA, NAITAS, TPB and DTAA.

Becoming a sub-agent

  1. 01

Get in touch and tell us what you currently sell and to whom.

  2. 02

We send the sub-agency application and the documents we need from you.

  3. 03

We agree the commercial terms in writing.

  4. 04

You are set up, briefed, and can start issuing through us.

The exact documents and terms depend on the arrangement and are set out in the application. Nothing is committed until both sides have signed.
